We will need

• the amount requested
• the recipients name and full address including zip code
• any message that you would like sent with your certificate.

Either way, we will also need

• Your name, e-mail address and telephone number
• Either a credit card (Visa, Mastercard) number with expiration date or a check mailed to us for the amount requested
• The date the certificate is needed by.
